Welcome to Aela ("we," "us," or "our") website. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our classes and use our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All participants must register through our website to attend classes. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments: Payment for classes, workshops, or events must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via Debit/Credit Cards & Apple Pay.
If using a payment plan option, your remaining balance is due 48 hours before the workshop to confirm your space.
Membership Payments: By signing up to our memberships, you are auto-enrolled into your class for the week and your subscription payment will then automatically be taken month-by-month. If your card declines for renewal, you will be notified and will need to confirm/correct your billing details otherwise your membership will be cancelled after a second attempt of payment.

Cancellations by participants: Cancellations for weekly classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that monthly memberships are not transferable and apply to the selected classes for that month only. Any classes you were unable to attend or any remaining credits will not be transferred to the following month.
Memberships have an initial minimum commitment of two months and after this, can be cancelled or paused by emailing us at info@aela.uk. Please ensure your cancellation is made no less than 48 hours before your membership renews as Aela are not liable for refunds after a contract has renewed.
Cancellations for workshops and pop up classes under 2 hours must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations for workshops, pop ups or intensives over 2 hours are not refundable due to limited availability.
Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative class date.

Assumption of Risk: Dance classes involve physical activity, which carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good health and physically able to engage in dance activities. You agree to participate at your own risk.
Medical Conditions: If you have any medical condition that may affect your participation, you must notify us before attending a class. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may be unsafe.
Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during participation in our dance classes.

Respectful Environment: We strive to maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour toward instructors or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from classes without a refund.
Proper Attire: Participants must wear appropriate dance attire and footwear as outlined in the class description. Pole Pleasers will not be accepted in Heels classes.

Content Ownership: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and class materials, is the property of Aela Ltd or our licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Class Recordings: We may occasionally record classes for promotional or educational purposes. By participating in our classes, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please notify us in writing.
